Qld: Man dies in Gold Coast industrial accident

BRISBANE, Aug 19 AAP - Workplace health and safety officers are investigating the death
of a man in an industrial accident on the Gold Coast.

Emergency crews were called to a truck parking yard on Eastlake Street at Carrara yesterday
afternoon, where a man was caught in a forklift.

The 48-year-old Surfers Paradise man died as a result of his injuries, police said.
